There is an undeniable resonant emotional power in the word home. Consider how, in its ideal sense, simply saying this one syllable makes you feel. With great joy, following over a year of disruption, South Main welcomes back friends and extended family to a season of coming home during which together, all summer, we will renew our bonds of faith in God and with one another. Filled with happy family reunion events and a sermon series celebrating the homecoming stories in Scripture, we look forward to a cheerful season of joyful gatherings, seeing each other, and reconnecting in sanctuary, in fellowship, and in grace.
In-Person Sunday School Resumes
With great joy, following over a year of disruption, South Main welcomes back friends and extended family to a season of coming home during which, all summer, we will renew our bonds of faith in God and with one another. Our season of homecoming begins with Sunday School for all ages returning to campus on Sundays at 11:15 AM. Whether you have a Sunday School community you call home or you are looking to connect anew, don't miss out on connecting with others in discipleship beginning this Sunday!

Backyard Bash
Nothing says summer has arrived like a Backyard Bash. So don't miss our version of this laid back summer tradition on June 20 from noon to 1:30. As we wade into our season of Homecoming at South Main, following church at 10:00 AM and our small community hour at 11:15, head over the Youth Center and field for a summer celebration that will include a delicious lunch ($9 for adults, $6 for kids), terrific games for all ages, and the sort of fellowship that makes summer time memorable. There'll be hamburgers & hot dogs, kickball, softball, and some Father's Day fun for all. Don't miss this afternoon of family reunion and togetherness.
