The Promise of Easter: This Sunday is Palm Sunday. Our worship time together this week will emphasize the significance of the events of this day in the life and ministry of Christ in a way that brings us closer toward the sacred conclusion of our Lenten journey. As we approach Easter, our service on Palm Sunday--in word, in song, in prayer--will prepare our hearts to comprehend the reliability of God’s Old Testament promises with their fulfillment in the Resurrection of Jesus. Enter Holy Week this year by immersing yourself in the narrative of Christ’s journey into Jerusalem and to the cross with a mindset that allows you to fully experience their meaning as we move into this most sacred moment in the life of our church.
